We strive to offer the best to our customers by constantly improving our services. Catering plays a key role in our customers’ satisfaction; we offer 3 services, from breakfast to lunch and dinner.

Breakfast

Coffee, green tea, black tea and, of course, the irreplaceable Moroccan mint tea are all included in the price of the accommodation. For the little ones, milk chocolate is often requested; to accompany these drinks, we offer the exceptional morning orange juice with fresh, juicy oranges; for us, it’s real orange juice, not some substitute. And for our guests looking for gluten-free products, we offer oatmeal in a variety of ways; on request and for a small extra charge, our chef makes Berber omelettes typical of the region’s gastronomy, and of course all kinds of omelettes such as scrambled eggs.

Lunch

Depending on the activities they wish to enjoy, our customers can choose between a traditional meal, a specially composed picnic or homemade sandwiches that delight the taste buds of our residents of all ages. We adapt to the wishes of our customers, and they can choose from a range of ready-to-eat dishes that usually include a starter of crudités, and a main course of chicken, beef or kid in addition to delicious vegetables. For dessert, we serve seasonal and local fruits such as the famous local bananas.

Dinner

Dinner is usually served around 8 p.m.; for your satisfaction and to ensure good service, please let us know if you wish to dine between 12 and 2 p.m., so that we can prepare your meal and respect the schedule. In winter, our soups are a delight for our customers, offering a wide variety with a local touch, such as the delicious broad bean soup, or the barley soup that amazes our guests. And let’s not forget the famous harira, the mythical soup of Ramadan. In summer, we opt for either soups or salads as starters; there’s no shortage of culinary specialities in Morocco, and they naturally find their place here; sffa, trid, couscous and, of course, tajines are all part of these traditions. What’s more, our Chef’s creativity adds an extra touch to our service.
